A portion of government owned land at the former Ithaca TAFE site at Red Hill which is no longer required for service delivery will be leased to the Broncos. The site will be transformed by the League into a highly functional training facility which will include a training and administration building, new sports field and other enhancements to the state-owned land.

The Queensland Government in partnership with the Destination Brisbane Consortium will deliver a world-class tourism, leisure and entertainment precinct that provides economic growth for Queensland with the creation of around 8,000 new jobs.
