Results from the 2009 Business Improvement Survey ( 254 KB) are now available.

Local government CEOs were invited to participate in a survey to provide information on the department’s service delivery and relationship with councils.

The survey, commissioned by our department, was undertaken by the Office of the Government Statistician in April 2009. The questions referred to the Local Government and Service Delivery Group within the department.

The survey was well received, with a response rate of 73%. Satisfaction with the department’s advice, services and working relationship was above 70%.
