SPP 1/97 Conservation of koalas in the Koala Coast 1.0 This state planning policy set out broad principles for the protection of koala habitat in the Koala Coast from inappropriate development. Temporary SPP 1/09: Reconfiguration of a lot code for land in Indigenous local government areas to which a local planning scheme does not apply This was a temporary state planning policy to facilitate Indigenous local government assessment of development applications for reconfiguring a lot and any associated operational works for the purposes of both commercial and private residential housing and ancillary development.
