Incomplete forms, or forms without all necessary information and documentation, will result in an application that is not properly made. Smart eDA can assist you in determining the forms that need to be completed for your application. This system also provides access to relevant maps which help determine if the application complies with state and regional plans. All development applications can be prepared using Smart eDA. Several councils prioritise applications that are electronically lodged through Smart eDA. Development applications are often prepared by builders or professional development companies on behalf of the owner.
