The IPA IDAS assessment checklist was a component of IDAS form 1. It was used to assist in identifying any applicable state assessment and referral requirements, and IDAS form 1 parts relevant to an application.
In addition to the checklist, interim questionnaires were produced to ensure compliance with new planning regulations.

The maps below assist applicants in identifying referral requirements for development in koala habitat areas identified under the SEQ Koala SPRP and Koala Plan. If development is proposed in any of these areas, complete and submit the questionnaire, along with the completed IDAS assessment checklist.
