Anonymous complaints

The Plumbing Industry Council accepts anonymous complaints, to ensure that any health and safety risks or incidents are appropriately investigated. Please note that information collected during the investigation of a complaint may be subject to the Information Privacy Act 2009 and the Right to Information Act 2009.

Confidentiality

The confidentiality of witnesses and information is respected at all times. However, our ability to keep your information confidential may be limited depending on the seriousness of the suspected misconduct, information privacy and right to information legislation and other legal processes.
