Plumbing application and notification service Print E-mail

The plumbing application service is an online service that supports the completion of plumbing Forms 1, 4, 7 and 9. The service allows for the electronic lodgement, processing and tracking of these applications and notifications.

Benefits to applicants, owners, plumbers and local councils of the service include:

  • a secure online portal that will enable applicants to prepare, lodge and track applications and notifications
  • services that are intuitive and easy to use, reducing the amount of direct contact needed with Local Governments and assessors
  • a reduction in paperwork and the duplication of general information required for multiple applications
  • a reduction in unnecessary delays through instant communications online e.g. lodgement from anywhere 24/7 leading to a reduction in associated costs
  • clearly defined, standardised processes that support consistency and certainty in preparing and assessing applications and notifications.
  • ability to pay fees online via credit card (please note: an administration fee of $10 plus GST is charged for lodgement of a compliance assessment application).
