BackgroundThe draft State Planning Regulatory Provisions 2010 replaces the draft Wide Bay Burnett State Planning Regulatory Provisions 2009, which were released on 18 December 2009. Public consultation closed on 31 March 2010 and 170 submissions were received. In light of the launch of the statutory draft Wide Bay Burnett Regional Plan, it was determined by The Honourable Andrew Fraser MP, Treasurer and Regional Planning Minister for Wide Bay Burnett not to proceed with the 2009 provisions. Instead, the submissions received have been used to inform the draft State Planning Regulatory Provisions 2010. |
