The Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday State Planning Regulatory Provisions 2012 ( 73 KB) were released and took effect on 8 February 2012. These will assist in the implementation of the Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday Regional Plan ( 4.5 MB).

They have been prepared under Chapter 2, Part 2 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009.
